Drug Arrest

Osage Beach, MO (The Lake Tribune) – Michael Arbogast, Jr., 41, and Judith Arbogast, 28, face multiple felony charges following a raid by the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force at their residence in the 4500 block of Parkwood Circle. The operation, conducted on December 4, led to the discovery of substantial quantities of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and firearms.

Investigators, upon searching the master bedroom, found 214 capsules, two bags of a crystal substance confirmed as methamphetamine, Buprenorphine and Naloxone sublingual film, orange pills, and a loaded SCCY 9mm semi-automatic pistol. Further, they located a Lorcin .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol in the living room, alongside Michael’s identification.

Both Michael and Judith Arbogast admitted to regular use of meth and fentanyl, with Judith disclosing a recent trip to St. Louis to purchase these drugs. The couple is charged with Second-Degree Drug Trafficking, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and two counts of Unlawful Use of a Weapon.

Currently held without bond in Camden County Jail, their arrest marks a significant crackdown on drug-related activities in the region, underlining ongoing efforts to combat the spread of illegal substances and associated crimes.
