Lake Ozark, MO (The Lake Tribune) – A late-night operation on Friday, 12-15-23, led to the arrest of Timothy V Green, a 28-year-old resident of Lake Ozark, following a search warrant executed by sheriff’s deputies from the Horseshoe Bend Patrol District, Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) Troopers, and the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group. The search, conducted at a residence on the two hundred block of Wilmore Road, resulted in the discovery of cocaine, fentanyl powder, drug paraphernalia, and two loaded handguns.

Green was charged with two counts of the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance and two counts of the Class E Felony of Unlawful Use of a Weapon. He was booked into the Camden County Adult Detention Facility and assigned a $75,000 bond, which was posted through a Bail Bonds agency. Green is scheduled for an initial appearance in the Associate Court of Camden County in mid-January.

It is important to note that these charges are allegations, and Green is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The next court event is set for Tuesday, January 16, 2024, before Judge Heather L Miller for an initial appearance at the Camden County Courthouse.
