Lake Ozark, MO – On the evening of Friday, November 3, 2023, a deputy on patrol in the Horseshoe Bend area initiated a traffic stop after observing a motorcycle with multiple traffic violations near Horseshoe Bend Parkway and Campground Road.

The motorcyclist, identified as 31-year-old Casey T. Foster from Eldon, exhibited signs of impairment during the stop at the intersection of HH and Bagnell Dam. A subsequent search revealed Foster was carrying 12.5 grams of cocaine, prepared in a manner indicative of distribution intent, along with 61.5 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, ten psilocybin-infused chocolate bars weighing 480 grams in total, and five THC vape pens.

Foster was taken into custody and booked into the Camden County Adult Detention Facility, facing charges including a Class C Felony for 2nd Degree Drug Trafficking and a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance. After posting a $50,000 bond, Foster is scheduled for a court appearance in December.

It is important to remember that these charges are accusations, and as with all defendants, Foster is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
